XXIO introduces the New Forged Fairway Wood. It is a premium fairway wood made for feel and dsitance. It featues a forged titanium face for great rebound and consistent feel. It has a new head design with sharper lines and a more shallow face design, making it easier to get the ball in the air out of any lie. It has a face thickness that varies depending on the loft, creating a very suitable hitting area for each particualar head. The overall head weight has been increased by 5 grams compared to previous models. This promotes great acceleration through the ball and a greater smash factor for easy distance. The center of gravity is placed very low and favoring the heel, promoting a full release of the club head making it easier for the average player to square the face at impact. This wood also has the XXIO Sound Rib technology. It is a special design within the club head that enhances sound at impact. This adds to a very sold feel every single time. The sole has a slightly rounded design, making it eay to slide through the grass and avoid digging of the head. The swing weight is set at D1 and D0 making it very easy to cotrol the club for players of all levels.

Another key feature of the driver is the new MX4000 shaft. It has been speficically engineered to fit the XXIO Forged driver. It is made for a very stable and efficient energy transferer for a very low spin, mid flight. A unique feature of this shaft is the 5 layers of carbon sheets that are strategically placed in different angles to create extra stability and consistency throughout the shaft. It is a 42 gram shaft made for a strong mid to high trajectory.
