XXIO introduces the 2014 Ladies "8" iron. It is made for the average lady golfer seeking maximum distance and forgiveness. It follows the "7" irons that were a great success and had some updated design technology applied for performance that is second to none. It features a Super TIX PLUS high strength steel face which produces a maximum energy transfer to the ball to keep ball speeds high. It has a 3 piece head construction which includes a SUS630 body for a steel a well balanced with distribution and a tungsten weighted sole piece which concentrates the weight low in the head to promote maximum high launch. Compared to the previous model, the face area has been increased slightly to add extra forgiveness for slightly off center hits. It also has a deeper cavity back design which absorbs shock to give the head a very consistent feel. The shafts are specifically balanced with the weight concentrated higher on club (near the grip) to provide a lighter swing weight that can easily be controlled by golfers of all levels.
It comes with an original MP800L carbon shaft made for light weight (42-45grams) and mid/high launch.
